Rocklahoma welcomes Godsmack, Pantera, Rob Zombie, Limp Bizkit, Bush, Chevelle, Corey Taylor, and many more top rock acts to America’s Biggest Labor Day Weekend Party, Friday, September 1 – Sunday, September 3 at Pryor Creek Music Festival Grounds in Pryor, Oklahoma, just outside Tulsa. The festivities kick off with the Rocklahoma campgrounds opening on Sunday, August 27 and music performances get underway at the official Rocklahoma pre-party on Thursday, August 31. The Rock Resurrection tour featuring Theory of a Deadman, Skillet, and Saint Asonia rolled into Boston at one of the city’s newest concert venues, Roadrunner. The show was sold out well in advance, so there was a long line of concert attendees, waiting to make their way into the building. As the crowd gathered towards the stage eagerly awaiting the start of the first band.
Disturbed announce their 36-date Take Back Your Life summer 2023 North American tour which will kick off at Montreal’s Bell Centre on April 27th (full dates below). The tour, produced by Live Nation, will feature support from Theory of a Deadman in Canada and very special guests Breaking Benjamin and Jinjer in select markets in the United States. The band’s Take Back Your Life Tour will be Disturbed’s first full tour since 2018 and tickets for all dates on this tour will go on sale here on Friday, Feb 10th at 10am local time.
2022’s edition of the very popular Inkcarceration Festival was held once again at Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield Ohio, aka the prison from the Stephen King movie The Shawshank Redemption. The three-day festival was packed with some of the music industry’s biggest artists.
Coming this summer, Inkcarceration Music and Tattoo Festival, the annual Heavy Music, Tattoo, and food experience fest is coming back to the infamous Ohio State Reformatory In Mansfield, Ohio this July 15th-17th, 2022. The fest is headed up by Korn, Breaking Benjamin, Evanescence, Disturbed, Papa Roach, Falling in Reverse, Lamb of God, Three Days Grace, Seether, and tons of other bands! The fest also features more than 60 famous tattoo artists, an array of food options for the event, self-guided tours of the prison made famous in The Shawshank Redemption & “Escape From Blood Prison” Haunted House.
