Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross Scored Bird Box Movie, Listen To “Outside” Now


 

The Bird Box horror/thriller movie on Netflix has swept the country this week. Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross of Nine Inch Nails have scored the film, although it wasn’t touted at the time of release. Now Trent has shared his thoughts on the fan reaction to the film and shared a track, “Outside”. Reznor and Ross have won numerous awards for their scores for films such as The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Social Network, Gone Girl, Man on Fire and The Fourth Estate.Continue reading

Trent Reznor Promises New Nine Inch Nails Album In 2016

In a post on Twitter today, Trent Reznor promised a new Nine Inch Nails album release in 2016. Trent has been working on other projects under his own name, such as movie soundtracks with his frequent collaborator Atticus Ross like the acclaimed soundtrack to David Fincher’s Gone Girl. He has also released music with his wife Mariqueen Maandig under the moniker How To Destroy Angels. The last official Nine Inch Nails release was Hesitation Marks (Columbia Records) in 2013. A limited-edition artwork book titled Cargo In the Blood for that album, is out now.

 

 


Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross Nominated For Golden Globe

Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have been nominated for a Golden Globe under ‘Best Original Score – Motion Picture’ for their score for the David Fincher directed film Gone Girl. The two previously won a Golden Globe in 2011 for the score on The Social Network under that same category.
