Members Of Ill Niño File For Trademark Infringement, Two Versions Of The Band To Operate

Yesterday we brought you the news that Ill Niño had split from three fo their core members, with only Dave Chavarri and Laz Pina. In a message to Blabbermouth, Vocalist Cristian Machado, lead guitarist Ahrue Luster (ex-Machine Head), and rhythm guitarist Diego Verduzco have dismissed reports that they have left Ill Niño and have vowed to continue with their own version of the band, with details to be revealed soon.
