Shadow Frost Music And Arts Festival is coming this winter to Fredrick Maryland, and Ghost Cult is teaming up with the fest to give away two (2) weekend passes! This indoor fest is billed as the frostbitten version of the excellent Shadow Woods Metal Festivals and is produced by Shadow Woods Productions, LLC. This inaugural, hotel-based gala will feature sets from Vastum, Leila Abdul-Rauf, Deceased, Barishi, Magic Circle, Doomstress, Alms, Darsombra, Fell Ruin, Yatra and many more. Shadow Frost is heavily focused on Maryland-based artists including Alms, Darsombra, Spiral Grave, Radamanthys, and Yatra and is geared toward those who want to step outside their comfort zone and explore. “There is so much great music being created that totally flies under the radar in the music scene, even among people who seem to know a lot about music trends,” said Shadow Frost producer M A Spiro. “I am not trying to host bands that you can see at a lot of other festivals, but I want to showcase a few of the best that that underground music has to offer. That has been my philosophy with every event I have done, and I don’t plan to change that.”
While previous Shadow Woods fests have been outdoors, the hotel setting provides attendees with unique opportunities to mingle. Hotel amenities include an indoor pool and game room, tavern serving traditional pub fare, and free breakfast every morning. Festivities will occur in the ballroom and pre-function area of the event center, which is attached via an indoor corridor to the hotel. No need to step outside in the cold! Shadow Frost will also host arts and music vendors, workshops, Saturday morning yoga, table games, and other fun activities. The fest will have the feel of an event such as a horror or comic convention.

Please read these Official Rules before entering the WIN TWO TICKETS TO SHADOW FROST MUSIC AND ARTS FESTIVAL
(the “Sweepstakes”), presented by Ghost Cult Magazine (“Sponsor”). By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules. These Official Rules shall govern in the event of any inconsistency with other Sweepstakes-related materials.
Ghost Cult Magazine, along with any other co-sponsors as listed below, are the sole sponsors of this Sweepstakes, which is no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. All federal, state, and local regulations apply. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER METHOD OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their household are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

Following the instructions on the applicable Sweepstakes announcement posted by the Ghost Cult Magazine Facebook page, specifically to (1) comment on the Sweepstakes announcement AND (2) “tag” at least one Facebook friend on the Sweepstakes announcement using Facebook’s tagging feature.
In the case of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized holder of the Facebook account used for entry. Automated entries are prohibited and use of any automated devices will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by entrants; lost or late entries or transmissions; interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions of any computer hardware, software, or any combinations thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to entrants’ systems. Incomplete or ineligible entries will be voided. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, Sponsor shall have the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
Comments and/or posts including photographs may not include obscene, offensive or inappropriate (in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion) material or defame any person, or otherwise infringe on any person’s proprietary rights. If you are posting a photograph, you must have permission from the photographer (or be the photographer yourself) and have permission from any persons who appear in the photo before submitting it.
PRIZE: Two (2) tickets to Shadow Frost Music and Arts Festival
ONE (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive two (2) weekend tickets to the SHADOW FROST MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL, to be held at the Frederick Event Center at the Clarion Inn in located in Maryland. Each weekend ticket allows entry for Friday, February 21, 2020 AND Saturday, Friday 22, 2020 (Each valued at $95.94; Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value: $191.88).
This is a concert or ticketed event. If any portion of the concert or ticketed event is postponed, rained out, canceled, or, for other reasons beyond the control of Sponsor does not occur, Sponsor will not be responsible for replacing the prize or any portion of the prize. Any provided tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon, and seat locations, as applicable, are determined solely by Sponsor with no substitutions or exchanges. This prize does not include travel, including airfare or other travel, and it does not include any hotel or other overnight accommodations. Winner is responsible for reaching the location of the concert or ticketed event during the specified times and dates the concert or ticketed event takes place. Such information will be provided to Winner and/or is available at https://www.ghostcultmag.com/contest-win-two-weekend-passes-to-shadow-frost-music-and-arts-festival-2020. Winner will not be reimbursed for costs associated with travel or accommodations in connection with attendance of this concert or ticketed event. Sponsor is not responsible for any travel delays, flight cancellations or other difficulties that may prevent Winner from attending the concert or ticketed event, and Winner will not receive any cash or other substitution from Sponsor if Winner fails to attend the concert or ticketed event for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control.
No transfer or cash or other substitution of all or part of a prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize or prize component with another of comparable or greater value. Any and all taxes on the prize will be the responsibility of the Winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any delays and/or the loss of any prize in connection with delivery of the prize via mail. In any event, Sponsor shall not reimburse Winner for costs associated with claiming this prize, including, as necessary, travel, time, accommodations, meals, or other ancillary costs. In the event that there is an insufficient number of eligible entries, Sponsor reserves the right not to award the prize.
WINNER SELECTION:ONE (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 16, 2020 from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline. The odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries have been received. Winners will be notified via Facebook direct message sent by an official Ghost Cult Magazine representative. Winners must respond to such notifications within ten (10) days of receipt. Winners must provide Sponsor with information as necessary in order to be awarded the prize, which may include the Winner’s full name as it appears on their government-issued identification. Noncompliance with these conditions may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and Sponsor reserves the right to select alternate winners (in random drawing from other eligible entries received before the deadline) in such circumstance. If winner notification of the Prize is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner. This are not physical tickets and your name must match your legal ID card for entry.
DISCLAIMERS: By competing in this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the prize, entrants agree that Sponsor(s), Facebook and their respective parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries and affiliates, and advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and all of their respective employees, officers and directors will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by entrants for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to person and property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prizes, or participation in this Sweepstakes. By accepting a Prize, each Winner consents to being contacted by Sponsor to deliver the Prize. Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes will be determined according to the laws of the State of New York, without reference to its conflict of law principles, and by entering the entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
