Metalcore mainstays Zao will release their new EP, Pyrrhic Victory, on November 3rd via Observed/Observer Recordings. Today the band has released the first single, ‘The Host Has Bared Its Teeth’, along with this statement, “A parasite needs a host to survive, but to the host the parasite is useless. If the parasite’s presence becomes too overwhelming, the host will then take notice and find the means to destroy it.”
