Slipknot dropped their new album We Are Not Your Kind earlier this month via Roadrunner. Drummer and YouTuber Maren Alford uploaded an amazing playthrough cover of ‘Unsainted’. Loudwire posted about the video earlier in the week, and it went viral. Alford, who is 14 and drums for an “all-girl power trio” called Not Ur Girlfrenz. “Jay Weinberg is one of my favorite drummers, and I’m excited to cover one of his songs,” wrote Alford in the video’s description. “The moment I heard Slipknot ‘Unsainted’ I knew this was the one! Very proud to be in the SJC Drums artist family with Jay!”
