Monolithic UK death metal merchants The King Is Blind have released the début track and new music video from their forthcoming album, We Are the Parasite, We Are the Cancer, due out on October 13th via Calva Records. You can watch the video for ‘GodFrost’ below:
Vocalist Stephen John Tovey commented on the track:
“a true statement of the visceral intent that manifests on the album. While musically abrupt and opening the door to album two, lyrically it shines a spotlight on the envious, capricious race we have become and how spirituality and decency have been replaced by consumerism and self-interest “.
The video was directed by Keiran Wakeman of Divine Chaos Art in conjunction with TKIB guitarist Lee James Appleton.
