Kilgore Reunites For Providence Metalfest, New EP Due In December

1990s metal band Kilgore played their first show in a year last weekend at Providence Metalfest 4, at Fete Music Hall in Providence, RI, the bands’ hometown. The band played a long set of hits as well as three brand new songs that were killer! Watch video of new song ‘Death On The Installment Plan’ below:

 

Kilgore has been busy recording their new 6-song EP, the totally independent Someday This War Is Going To End due out by the end of the year. and promoting a crowdfunding campaign to support it.

Kilgore, also known as Kilgore Smudge, rose to prominence on the strength of and EP and two albums, an appearance at Ozzfest 98, followed by several years of touring to support their acclaimed album A Search For Reason (1998, Roadrunner).
