Ballers is the HBO series focusing on financial advisors to superstar athletes. The cast is led by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Rob Corddry. On the season four premiere, the main characters are courting a partnership with an extreme sports company led by comedian Russell Brand, and The Vans Warped Tour got a shout out. In addition, the now-defunct traveling tour, The Offspring, and Social Distortion were also name-checked. Warped Tour finished its last run as traveling tour last weekend after 23 years. Speculation on the future of Warped Tour has focused on the tour coming back someday as a destination festival.
