South African Folk Punk rock band The Shabs have released their new album today. for next spring. Can You Hear Us At The Back is out now for purchase and streaming at the link below. The band also shared a new lyric video for the title track as well, which you can watch right now!
John Shaban comments:
“We’re bursting with excitement for the world to hear our new album, ‘Can You Hear us at the Back’. The response to first single and video was overwhelmingly positive, and we can’t wait to show old and new fans what we’ve been working on. We’ve put everything we are capable of into this offering and we couldn’t be any happier with the result. Working with Simon Ratcliffe and his team at Sound and Motion was a gamechanger for the band and joining forces with Just Music on this release means we get to move forward at an even faster trajectory than we already have been. The fact that we get to tour it through Europe, SA and UK is also a dream come true for us. 2019 is looking good!”
The album was recorded, mixed and mastered at Sound and Motion Studios in Cape Town by Simon Ratcliffe, one of the country’s top recording engineers.
The band will embark on a release tour early in 2019 covering South Africa, Europe, UK and Canada.
