According to TMZ, the 28-year-old frontman was transported to a Michigan hospital last Sunday (August 19) and pronounced dead six days later (Saturday, August 25). Drummer David Puckett wrote:

“None of us were ready to say goodbye. But I know that Kyle is happy right now, because the entire world came together with the unfortunate news. Tens of thousands of people all over the world supporting one another, encouraging each other and sharing stories together.”

“Kyle loved bringing people together, however he could- whether that was by being on stage, or by being he most ridiculous person in a room making everyone laugh. He loved creating moments for everyone to share, and he would be ecstatic to see us all supporting each other like the big family that we are. Thank you to everyone who has been reaching out to us and sharing your stories with us. Love you all.”

Co-vocalist Dave Stephens shared a picture of him and Pavone“I will love you forever and I miss you already, brother.” Similar messages were posted on Instagram by guitarists Joshua Moore and Lou Cotton, as well as bassist Andy Glass.
