US atmospheric death metal band, Mortiferum, have been brought in to replace Sylvaine, after they withdrew from North Yorkshire’s Fortress Festival. Also appearing at the event are Triptykon, Wolves In The Throne Room, Panopticon, Blackbraid, Misþyrming, Regarde Les Hommes Tomber, and more. The Roadburn Festival, the world première event for all things heavy, diverse, avant-garde, and underground begins today in Tilburg, NL at various venues, under the watchful eye of founder Walter Hoeijmakers.
