Legendary New York band Life of Agony has shared a new single and music video for the track “Lay Down”! The song comes from their highly-anticipated new album The Sound Of Scars, due on October 11 via Napalm Records. Produced by the iconic Sylvia Massey (Tool, Marilyn Manson, System of a Down), the album is a concept album and the successor to the LOA classic debut River Runs Red. Life of Agony Shares New Single and Video – “Scars”, New Album Details Unveiled


Life of Agony has set October 11th for their new album The Sound Of Scars, releasing via Napalm Records. The album is meant to be the spiritual successor to the bands’ debut River Runs Red, which turned 25 years old last year. The Sound of Scars will release almost twenty-six years to the day of River Runs Red. The band has also shared the title track and video for ‘Scars’ which you can watch now! Life of Agony is Plotting a UK Tour with Doyle for “The Sound Of Scars” Album


Life of Agony has shared a mailing list sign-up for the pre-sale alert for their upcoming UK leg of their “Sound of Scars World Tour”. Doyle will apparently be the direct support for the tour. The new Life of Agony album The Sound of Scars is due out from Napalm Records next October and is a sequel to their classic debut River Runs Red. Sign-up at the link below.
