Beyond The Gates Festival has revealed its full lineup for 2023, taking place in Bergen, Norway from August 2 – August 5, 2023! The full lineup and daily schedules, which includes Dimmu Borgir’s only performance in 2023 as well as special album sets from Deicide, Enslaved, and Primordial, is as follows:

Maryland Deathfest to Return in 2024

In a statement posted on social media, Maryland Deathfest has announced they will return! After a hiatus for 2023 the fest will return from May 23rd to May 26th, 2024. In a message to fans the co-founders of MDF discussed the hiatus and the the return as well as new dates for 2024. MDF 2024 will be their 20th fest in Baltimore. They did announce that aftert the upcoming London Desertfest, they are discontinuing all other festivals they have put on, Netherlands Deathfest, California Deathfest, and more will be no more. MDF has operated for almost 20 years, put on 19 fests, and expanded to a global footprint, all while giving a greater voice to Death Metal, Avant-Garde Metal, Stoner Doom, and more genres, perhaps as much or more than any fest in the world. Blood Incantation, Un, and Osi And The Jupiter Booked For Fire In The Mountains Fest


 

Fire In The Mountains has booked another mini-wave of new bands for the 2019 festival. Blood Incantation, Un and Osi and The Jupiter have all joined the bill. This is in addition to last week’s announcement of The Ruins Of Beverast, Saor, and Munly And The Lupercalians, FITM takes place July 12th, 13th and 14th outside of Jackson, Wyoming. More bands coming soon! The fest will once again include camping at nearby Heart Six Ranch. Attendees can eat, drink, and camp on location and will also have access to sponsored hiking trips, whitewater rafting, backpacking, fishing, canoeing, horseback rides, and other outdoor activities during daytime hours preceding the musical performances in the evening. Batshuka Cancels Inferno 2019 Appearance, Aura Noir Joins The Line-up


Excellent kvlt metallers Batushka were recently announced for Inferno Metal Festival in Oslo, Norway. However, they dropped out with no notice this week. Stepping in to replace their will be Aura Noir.
