History of Punk Rock Graphics Art Exhibition Opens, Johnny Rotten To Appear


A new exhibition opened at The Museum of Arts and Design in New York City, focusing on the art and iconography of the original Punk Rock movement. Too Fast to Live, Too Young to Die Punk Graphics 1976-1986 exhibition is open and curated by is organized by Cranbrook Art Museum, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, and curated by Andrew Blauvelt, Director, with the assistance of Steffi Duarte. The presentation at the Museum of Arts and Design was managed by Curatorial Assistant Alida Jekabson. Unless otherwise noted, all objects in this exhibition are courtesy of Andrew Krivine. Today at the museum Johnny Rotten (Sex Pistols, PIL) will take part in a discussion, interviewed by acclaimed author Gillian McClain, co-author of Please Kill Me, with Legs McNeil.
