Brightwell is streaming their music video for “Scripts,” off their debut EP Alpha, out via Outerloop Records, here.

Formed of friends after parting ways with their former bands Nick Barham, Arvin Sarathy (Drummer), Tanner Manoir (singer/bassist) and Vaughn Anthony (guitar) came together despite the distance between them with members in Michigan, Illinois, and Texas. In March 2014 the band moved in together to finish writing the EP and fully develop their vision, giving life to the title Alpha, which represents the beginning of Brightwell.

Brightwell Releasing The Alpha EP via Outerloop Records

brightwell

Brightwell will be releasing The Alpha EP via Outerloop Records, out in early 2015. Stream “Young Canvas” here.

Formed of friends after parting ways with their former bands the members of Brightwell came together despite the distance between them, collaborating remotely as vocalist Nick Barham lived in Michigan, drummer Arvin Sarathy in Illinois, and singer/bassist Tanner Manoir and guitarist Vaughn Anthony resided in Texas.

“We started writing music while still living across the country from each other, sending songs back and forth, but we soon realized that we would have to live closer to really make this work,” states Barham

In March 2014 Arvin, Tanner, and Vaughn moved in with Nick and soon after the band entered the studio with producer Nick Scott (The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza, For All I Am).

“During this time, we really began to find our sound as well as mesh together our vision, which is why we chose Alpha as our title. For us it represents the beginning of Brightwell, and it’s off to a solid start.”
