Lamb of God Announces New Album “Omens” – New Single Coming This Week and Extensive Tour Dates Booked


Lamb Of God will release their highly-anticipated new album Omens, on October 7th, 2022. Via Epic Records. The first single, “Nevermore,” arrives on Friday, June 10. Omens was produced by longtime collaborator Josh Wilbur (Korn, Megadeth). The New Wave Of American Heavy Metal architects will support the new album with a massive Live Nation produced U.S. headlining tour, The Omens Tour, featuring special guests Killswitch Engage on all dates. Different legs will also see support from Baroness, Motionless In White, Spiritbox, Animals As Leaders as well as Suicide Silence and Fit For An Autopsy. Suicide Silence Signs with Their Original Label Home Century Media Records


Suicide Silence has come full circle and returned to their original label home, Century Media Records. With nearly two decades of non-stop touring around the globe, hundreds of thousands of records sold and cementing themselves as a lynchpin band in modern extreme metal, the Riverside, California quintet has rejoined the label that released the highly acclaimed albums: The Cleansing (2007), No Time To Bleed (2009) and The Black Crown (2011).

EP REVIEW: Lorna Shore – …And I Return to Nothingness


Say what you will about Deathcore, it is nothing if not persistent. Not that the idea of mixing Death Metal and Hardcore is a new one (i.e., Suffocation) but when the term deathcore is applied today it recalls the halcyon years between 2007 and 2012 when a young man’s worth was determined by his throat tattoo, the size of his gauges and his MySpace networking skills. If you had a pig squeal, a breakdown and a dream it seemed like you too could be handed an Earache Records deal. But when did that dream end? Jinjer Rebooks 2021 North American Headline Tour Featuring Suicide Silence


Hard at work on a new album, Ukranian progressive metal band Jinjer has announced they have rescheduled their previously postponed North American headline tour. Direct support will come from special guests Suicide Silence. Ticket pre-sales begin Thursday, March 25th with the public on-sale Friday, March 26th. REVIEW: Suicide Silence – Virtual Tour Boston


It’s like month four-hundredth (or so it feels) of social distancing and quarantine. Basically, every tour slated for the Spring and Summer have either been scratched or tentatively rescheduled for next year. For those not keeping score that means that we’ve lost a Megadeth and Lamb of God co-headliner, Deftones with support from Gojira, and a Sepultura trek featuring the likes of Sacred Reich and Crowbar. So, it’s been a rough year. Not content to sulk over the loss of their own tour with Jinjer and Toothgrinder, Suicide Silence decided to try something different.

Suicide Silence Partners with Knotfest to Stream 2015’s Mental Health America Benefit Show on June 19th


Suicide Silence has announced they will stream their 2015 Mental Health America Benefit Show via Knotfest platforms on Friday, June 19th! Fans will enjoy never released multi-cam video footage from the benefit which features the audio from the Live & Mental release. Today, the band launches a new “Zero Tolerance” shirt in which 100% of proceeds will be donated to Campaign Zero, an organization that analyzes policing practices across the country and provides research & data to organizers & policymakers nationwide in their efforts to identify effective solutions to end police violence.

COVID-19 Crowdfunding Campaign Launched to Support The Worcester Palladium and The Webster Theater

An Indiegogo campaign has been launched to support the employees of both The Worcester Palladium and Webster theatre, two venues in New England that have been hosts to thousands of metal, hardcore, and rock shows and countless other events for decades. Both venues are operated by Mass Concerts, and the fundraiser is to bring relief aid to their workers due to the cancellation from the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
