Orange Loop Festival Announces Daily Running Order


Orange Loop Rock Festival, presented by LincStar Events has unveiled its daily lineup for the debut fest this summer. Taking place at the Showboat Festival Grounds outside the Showboat Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Welcome to Rockville has announced their 2022 headliners for their return to the festival! Returning to a spring event schedule, the fest taking place at Daytona Motor Speedway from May 19th to 22nd will feature KISS, Korn, Guns N Roses, and Foo Fighters each night of the fest! Stone Temple Pilots Cancels the Remaining Dates of Their Tour Due to Covid


Stone Temple Pilots has been forced to cancel the remaining dates on their current tour due to COVID-19. A member of their crew has contracted the coronavirus and the band has canceled their final dates of their fall tour out of an abundance of caution: including Daytona, FL at the Welcome to Rockville Festival and Tulsa, OK at the Skyline Event Center. Bush had previously postponed their planned participation on the tour as the co-headliner due to the pandemic. STP’s next booked tour dates are this winter in Australia.

A Biopic Based on Scott Weiland (Stone Temple Pilots, Velvet Revolver) Has Been Optioned Based on his Memoirs


According to a published report by The Hollywood Reporter, a biopic on Scott Weiland, the tragic late singer of Stone Temple Pilots, Velvet Revolver, The Wildabouts and his solo material, is in the works. Dark Pictures and Orian Williams have acquired the book rights to “Not Dead & Not For Sale”, Weiland’s memoir that was written with David Ritz. Jennifer Erwin, who co-founded Dark Pictures with Anne Beagan and is said to be a “diehard” STP fan, will pen the script for the film adaptation of Weiland’s life. The book was a “warts and all” depiction of Weiland’s life

SUSPECT208 the group comprised of the songs of famous musicians has parted ways with its frontman Noah Weiland, the son of late Stone Temple Pilots singer Scott Weiland. The band, which includes drummer London Hudson (18-year-old son of Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash) and 16-year-old bassist Tye Trujillo (son of Metallica bass player Robert Trujillo), shared a post a new vocalist.
