Quickly shaping up to be the biggest music festival in the USA this year, Blue Ridge Rock festival has announced their full line-up of 180 bands. Headlining the massive 4 day festival are Five Finger Death Punch, Rob Zombie, Shinedown, Breaking Benjamin, and Limp Bizkit. There is a special club warm up show which includes headliner Ludacris, T-Pain, and Lil Jon. Also on tap: the Hellzapoppin Circus Sideshow Revue, a vaudeville freak show of wonder by Hellzapoppin’s Ringleader and Producer, Mr. Bryce “The Govna” Graves. In addition, excitingly, the festival will be hosted by Steve-O (MTV’s Jackass); and special guest Lou Brutus (SiriusXM). The fest takes place September 9th – 12th at Blue Ridge Amphitheater, a long-awaited large-scale concert venue in Southwest Virginia. Chart-topping Rock band Shinedown has shared a full concert for FREE on their YouTube. The band shared the full show “Live In London” from their 2019 London gig, which you can now watch at their channel at the link below. The concert video will gives fans an up-close and personal look at Shinedown’s world-class showmanship, backed by their biggest, most eye-popping production yet, amplified by the undeniable power of frontman Brent Smith’s voice. Additionally, the set will feature performances of crossover anthem “Get Up,” Explosive Rock Hit “Monsters,” “Attention Attention,” And “Devil” from their latest studio album, Attention Attention, out now via Atlantic Records, as well as other fan favorites from their long career.
Rockers Shinedown is helping raise money and awareness for health workers responding to the coronavirus, have partnered with non-profit humanitarian aid organization Direct Relief. The band dug into their archives for the previously unreleased song ‘Atlas Falls,’ which will benefit Direct Relief, who are currently working to provide personal protective equipment and essential medical items, including protective masks, exam gloves, and isolation gowns, to U.S. and international health workers. The song is available now for download with the purchase of a special T-shirt. 100% of proceeds will go to Direct Relief, one of the largest providers of humanitarian medical resources in the world operating in the U.S. and in more than 100 countries around the world. The band is kicking this off with a$20,000 donation of their own to Direct Relief. Sad news as Sevendust drummer Morgan Rose has been hospitalized. The band has announced on social media that as a result they are dropping off their upcoming UK tour with Alter Bridge that takes place starting next week.
