San Diego Comic-Con bringing together all facets of Geek Culture is once again canceled due to the ongoing pandemic. This spring’s sister event, WonderCon in Anaheim, CA is also canceled. Refund information is available at the link below. SDCC will again host a series of Comic-Con At Home events in November, and WonderCon will have a similar online replacement, but this is a big loss for the community. We’ll bring you more updates on the new events and online happenings as we get them.
Metal legends Slayer will invade the San Diego Comic-Con International (SDCC). This will commence on Thursday, July 21 with a live performance at the House of Blues. Tickets go on sale this Friday, May 20 at 10:00 PT. Log on to www.Slayer.net for ticket and purchasing information.

Slayer will also take part in two signings, These signings will take place Friday, July 22, booth #2615, and at the Nuclear Blast Records booth, #501. Slayer devotees will truly enjoy this event. Slayer continues to tour in support of 2015’s Repentless album, released via Nuclear Blast.

Skybound Entertainment, a creator owned arts company founded by some of the producers of AMC’s The Walking Dead have teamed up with Nuclear Blast Records for a Comic-Con sampler. The sampler will feature new music from bands such as Slayer , Fear Factory, Children of Bodom, Soilwork, Soulfly and more. The sampler will be available to pickup
Fans in attendance at Comic Con can visit the Skybound Entertainment booth (#2729), as well as the Nuclear Blast/Stern Pinball/KVH toys/JSR Merchandising booth (#501) today, Wednesday, July 8th, and pick up a FREE CD sampler and to check out the latest releases from both companies!
