The band will celebrate their 25th anniversary of their debut album with a show featuring Chris Stapleton, Pharrell Williams, The Go-Go’s, Band Of Horses, Durand Jones & The Indications, The Regrettes, Beach Bunny, and Radkey. The fest will also have a BBQ competition, Tailgate Party, Rides, Games and more. Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne, Red Hot Chili Peppers To Perform At ‘Global Goal Live’ Concert In September 2020

In 2020 Metallica has announced they will take part in the Global Citizen’s 10-hour “Live Aid”-style concert event happening on September 26, 2020 on five continents: Central Park in New York, Lagos in Nigeria, and to-be-announced cities in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. The event will be the culmination of a yearlong campaign dubbed “Global Goal Live: The Possible Dream” that will benefit United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals with aims at ending extreme poverty and tackling climate change. Queen + Adam Lambert Books 2020 European Tour

Queen + Adam Lambert have booked a European tour for 2020, a version “Rhapsody” concert experience they toured in the USA this year. The announcement comes on the eve of one of the biggest North American concerts in Queen’s illustrious history. They will take to the stage as headliners this Saturday, September 28, for this year’s annual Global Citizen Festival on the Great Lawn of New York’s Central Park, playing to an expected audience of 60,000. The all-star event has been staged each year since 2012 by the Global Poverty Project, which has set the goal of ending extreme poverty by 2030. Queen +Adam Lambert will star alongside artists such as Pharrell Williams, Alicia Keys, ONE REPUBLIC and Carole King. The European tour will launch in Italy on May 24, with its final stop in Denmark on July 1. Along the way, it will play in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and Switzerland, as well as the U.K., where dates will center around five London shows at the O2 Arena beginning on June 2. Tickets for the U.K. dates on the “Rhapsody” tour go on sale to the general public today, September 25 at 9:00 a.m. local time. There are no pre-sales. Queen + Adam Lambert to Headline Global Citizen Festival 2019

Queen + Adam Lambert have been named the headliner of the 2019 Global Citizen Festival, taking place on September 28 in New York City’s Central Park. The festival is happening at the end of the United Nations General Assembly week in New York City and is designed to call on world leaders to make real, impactful commitments toward achieving the UN’s Global Goals for Sustainable Development. Other Artists at the festival includes Pharrell Williams, Alicia Keys, OneRepublic, HER, Carole King, French Montana, Ben Platt, Jon Batiste & Stay Human, Debora-Lee Furness, and Hugh Jackman.
