Smashing Pumpkins will open for Guns N Roses at select shows for their highly anticipated 2020 North American tour. All dates are listed below and tickets go on sale to the general public for North American dates starting Friday, February 7 at 12 p.m. local time at the link below. The Pumpkins are at present recording their new album in Nashville for a late 2020 release. The new disc will be the follow-up to 2018’s Shiny And Oh So Bright, Vol. 1 / LP: No Past. No Future. No Sun., which was their first in over eighteen years to feature founding members Billy Corgan, Jimmy Chamberlin, and James Iha, along with longtime guitarist Jeff Schroeder. Corgan released his latest solo album, Cotillions, in November via his own Martha’s Music label. Guns N Roses Books Summer North American Tour Dates


Fresh off their performance in Miami this weekend with Snoop Dogg before SuperBowl 54, Guns N Roses has announced nineteen additional tour dates if their Not In This Lifetime tour. Confirmed to kick off in the New York/New Jersey area at Met Life Stadium on July 18th and in Boston on July 21st at the legendary Fenway Park and end in Missoula, MT on August 24th. GNR will return to many cities they first played on the first leg of their comeback tour in 2016, and there are gaps in the schedule so perhaps more dates will get added. Richard Fortus Says Guns N Roses Hopes to Have New Music Out in 2020


In a new interview with Forbes, Guns N Roses guitarist Richard Fortus says the band hopes to release new music in 2020. As the band continues the “Not In This Lifetime” tour they continue to pull from GNR’s entire catalog, “We love bringing new songs in. We always rehearse stuff up. Guns N Roses Adds Second London Concert for 2020 Due To Overwhelming Demand


Due to overwhelming demand, Guns N Roses has had to add a second show in London next May. The new London date at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is scheduled for May 30 — one day after the previously announced concert at the same venue. A statement about the U.K. shows reads: “The event marks the first live music concert to be staged at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium since the venue opened in April this year and the two nights will be the only dates that the band will be performing their enormous and beloved catalogue of hits in the U.K.” Tickets are on sale now through Live Nation. Metallica and Guns N Roses Among the Highest Earning Musicians In The World According to Forbes


According to a research report by Forbes magazine, Metallica and Guns N Roses are among the highest-paid entertainers in the world. Published on Friday (December 6), the outlet revealed Metallica earned $68.5 million this year, landing the No. 10 spot on the Forbes list of Highest-Earning Musicians. Guns N’ Roses came in at No. 25, with 2019 earnings of $44 million.To determine its rankings, Forbes considers income from touring, music and outside business ventures with the help of Pollstar, Nielsen Music and interviews with industry insiders, including many of the stars themselves. Forbes’s list measures pretax earnings and does not deduct fees for agents, managers or lawyers. Earlier this week, Billboard reported that Metallica was the highest-ranked hard rock act on the magazine’s year-end Boxscore chart, with a combined gross of $177 million from 46 reported concerts during the band’s ongoing “WorldWired” tour. Guns N Roses has announced in partnership with Citi and Live Nation that the band will perform an intimate club show at the iconic Hollywood Palladium on Saturday, September 21 as part of the highly coveted Citi Sound Vault series. Returning to this venue for the first time in nearly a decade, fans will get to experience the magic of their outrageously successful “Not In This Lifetime” tour in an intimate setting. The last time the band played such a small venue was last year at The Apollo Theater in Harlem, New York and before that, the bands’ club days over thirty years ago. Guns N Roses Books New Fall US Tour Dates


Guns N’ Roses has booked new “Not In This Lifetime” tour dates in the U.S this fall. The band revealed eight new dates across the United States, kicking off September 25 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The shows include two back-to-back nights on Friday, November 1 and Saturday, November 2, in Las Vegas at the legendary Colosseum at Caesars Palace, GN’R’s most intimate venue since the 2017 performance at the Apollo Theater. Pre-sale for the new dates starts on June 18 at 10 a.m. local time, with V.I.P. packages available then. General sale begins on June 21 at 10 a.m. local time. These eight shows join a previously revealed run of major festivals that will bring the band to cities across the United States, along with two colossal stadium dates in Mexico. Slash Confirms Guns ‘N Roses Has Begun Writing New Material

In a new interview with Masa Ito of TVK’s Rock City, Slash praises the Guns N Roses reunion, which started in 2015, as a magical experience, beyond his expectations. He also discusses new material that has been written for a brand new Guns N Roses release, but there is no present timetable for recording or release.
