Slipknot Teaser Reveals New Masks Are Coming This Week

Slipknot has shared a teaser on the bands’ website and social media, promising an announcement this Thursday. Although intentially distorted, the clip features brief teases of the members’ new masks interspersed with footage from past eras of the band. There is also a counter rapidly clicking off until the number 0516, suggesting that more information will be made available this Thursday, May 16. The band will apprea on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Metallica Adds Two More Tour Dates with Slipknot

On the heels of their quickly becoming sold-out tour of Australia, Metallica and Slipknot have added two more dates to that tour. One more date booked for in Melbourne on October 24th & another in Auckland on November 2nd! Slipknot has signed on as well and will be joining us for both shows. Louder Than Life Teases Slipknot As a Headliner for 2019

Louder Than Life Festival will be making their first announcement soon. Yesterday in a post to social media, they posted a video teaser that indicates that Slipknot will be one of the headline bands. The clip has distinctive audio that sounds like the intro to the bands’ current single, ‘All Out Life’. Slipknot is currently in the studio working on their new album, due out on August 9th, 2019. Louder Than Life takes place September 27-29th at Highland Festival Grounds at the Kentucky Expo Center.Continue reading →


Slipknot Shares New Teaser, Major Announcement Forthcoming

Slipknot is hard at work on their new album, due out next summer. The band has been teasing news in interviews, social media and elsewhere, and appear poised to make a big announcement soon. They shared an animated video teaser of a beating hear on all their socials tonight. As shared by Live Nation and their Ticket To Rock, Slipknot will be touring the USA later in 2019 with Volbeat, Gojira, Behemoth and more. The band has booked an extensive tour of Europe with headline dates and major festivals, as well as their lone date so far, The Iowa State Fair. Slipknot Books Festivals And Headline Tour Of Europe Next Summer

In addition to the just-announced headline spot at Download 2019, Slipknot has announced a summer tour to go along with their previously announced headline show in the USA at the Iowa State Fair, in their hometown of Des Moines Iowa. The European tour includes head festival appearances at Rockfest Finland, Rock Im Park, Rock Am Ring, Novarock, Copenhell, Graspop Metal Meeting, Mystic Festival Poland, Download Spain, and Ressurection Festival in Spain.
