Norwegian kvlt metal veterans Borknagar are in the studio working on their new album. The new release will be the follow up to the acclaimed 2016 album Winter Thrice, out now via Century Media. Once again the band is working with Jens Bogren (Opeth, Kreator, Amon Amarth) once again at Fascination Street Studio in March 2019 and is expected for a worldwide release via Century Media Records in fall of 2019. Bogran will produce, mix and master the album. The new album will also feature new drummer Bjørn Dugstad Rønnow who is replacing Baard Kolstad – Baard has announced he will be leaving the group in good friendship due to busy schedules, heavy touring and various other musical commitments.
