Slayer Pulled as Primary Sponsor of Rick Ware Racing’s Entry No. 54 After One Week

Just one week after being named the primary sponsor for Rick Ware Racing’s Entry No. 54 at this Weekend’s Bristol Motor Speedway race, Slayer has been totally pulled from the team. All Slayer signage has been removed from the car that was to be piloted by Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series veteran, JJ Yeley. The incontrovertible PODS Moving & Storage will now sponsor that car. Concerns from the other sponsors of Rick Ware Racing seem to be the rationale. Thirty-five years into their career, Slayer is still a scary band. Continue reading
