YouTuber. If there was ever a word with the ability to separate people into two distinct age groups in less than a second, then this is the one. It’s a term that didn’t even exist twenty years ago, yet for some, it’s just another word used without a second thought. But for others, it’s the grating sound of hyperactive internet personalities desperately trying to keep the attention of their trend-obsessed subscribers by constantly shouting, screaming, waving their arms about and overreacting wildly to literally everything.

ALBUM REVIEW: Sepultura – Sepulquarta


Not content with sitting on their hands, Brazilian thrashers Sepultura decided early on during the Coronavirus Lockdown to do something constructive with their new found spare time. After touring plans for their current record were cut short by the pandemic, the band contacted seemingly everybody in the world of metal and proceeded to embark upon Sepulquarta (Nuclear Blast), a live album recorded with each member in isolation.

Japanese avant extreme metallers Sigh is streaming their new album Graveward in its entirety. The album will be out in North America via Candlelight Records on May 4, 2015. It pays homage to Italian zombie and Hammer Horror classics and features guest performances from Trivium‘s Matthew Heafy, DragonForce‘s Fred Leclercq, Shining‘s Niklas Kvarforth, Rotting Christ‘s Sakis Tolis, The Meads Of Asphodel‘s Metatron and more.
