A Celebration Concert Marking David Bowie’s Life will feature Trent Reznor, Billy Corgan, Gavin Rossdale, Perry Farrell, Joe Elliot, and More!


To mark not only the birthday of Rock icon David Bowie, but five years since his untimely death from cancer, a legion of rock stars influences but the music giant will gather on January 8, 2021, for a concert. Mike Garson and producers Stacey Sher and Kerry Brown have joined forces with Rolling Live Studios to produce “A Bowie Celebration: Just For One Day!”, bringing together dozens of Bowie alumni band members spanning Bowie’s career from his 1969 self-titled album to his final album, “Blackstar”, along with many of the world’s most famous voices for a very special experience. The concert will feature performances from Trent Reznor (Nine Inch Nails), Billy Corgan (The Smashing Pumpkins), Bowie’s good friend and Oscar-winning actor Gary Oldman, Gavin Rossdale (Bush), Perry Farrell (Jane’s Addiction), Joe Elliott (Def Leppard), Grammy-winning Singer Macy Gray, Ian Astbury (The Cult), Lzzy Hale (Halestorm), Gail Ann Dorsey (David Bowie, Lenny Kravitz), Bernard Fowler (The Rolling Stones), Corey Glover (Living Color), Tony-winning rocker Lena Hall, vocal phenom Judith Hill (Grammy winner for “20 Feet From Stardom”), and many more to be announced. Aerosmith performed the last date of their “Blue Army” summer tour in the USA, as part of the close of the National Football League’s Pro Football Hall of Fame Festival and Concert For Legends. As part of the kickoff of a weekend that included the annual enshrinement of former NFL legends and the Hall of Fame Game, the league has now added a music and lifestyle festival at well. John Wesley To Tour With Flying Colours And Living Color, Joins Big Elf For Unique Run Of Dates

Progressive music guitar hero John Wesley is hitting the road touring with prog super-group Flying Colours, as well as Living Color this fall. In addition Wesley will join the ranks of another legendary prog band band, Big Elf, for a one-off tour starting with Progtoberfest in Chicago and continuing with European dates. Continuing to support his excellent solo album Disconnect (Inside Out Music) from earlier this year, Wesley continues thrill fans audiences in concert with his songcraft and musicianship.

Earlier this year John Wesley released his new studio album Disconnect, and now he has revealed that his band have been invited out on a European tour with Flying Colors (Neal Morse, Steve Morse, Casey McPherson, Dave LaRue, Mike Portnoy). Following this, they will also join Living Colour for a select few U.S. shows in December. John had this to say about the tour:
“I am really excited to finally be able to bring the band over to Europe for our first series of shows in support of “Disconnect”. I am looking forward to seeing and meeting all the fans and friends and getting back into some of my favorite cities. Hopefully this tour will open the door to many more shows in many more cities in the future.”
