Slipknot Books 2021 European Tour Dates

Slipknot has announced a run of summertime headline tour dates and festival appearances for 2021. This is on top of their previously booked dates in June, tours in other regions, and Knotfest Brasil, Knotfest Bogota, and Knotfest Chile dates. The trek includes a headline date at Wacken Open Air, the biggest metal festival in the world. The tour dates begin on July 16 at Moscow, Russia’s Park Live Festival and end on August 19 at Charleville-Mézières, France’s Cabaret Vert Festival. Tickets are on sale now at this link below.

Slipknot To Debut ‘Nero Forte’ Video Tomorrow

Metal legends Slipknot will premiere their new music video tomorrow for ‘Nero Forte’, a track from their recent new album We Are Not Your Kind (Roadrunner Records/Elecktra). The track, widely considered to the best and more brutal song on the new album, has been a fan favorite since the album released back in August and has 10 million plays on YouTube music. The band has been riding high on the strength of the album, the sold-out Knotfest Roadshow, Knotfest Bogota, and the just-announced Knotfest at Sea and Knotfest UK in 2020.

Slipknot Announces Knotfest United Kingdom for August 2020

Slipknot has announced their very first Knotfest United Kingdom event in the UK next summer! The event will take place at the legendary venue, The National Bowl, Milton Keynes on August 22nd, 2020. Slipknot Shares Knotfest Survey, Knotfest Columbia Only Festival Booked For 2018

Slipknot has asked its fans to fill out a survey about Knotfest, and fans feelings on future festivals. The band has only announced Knotfest Bogotá this year, and no other events. The questions of the survey seems to indicate that the future of Knotfest may either include a cruise, or a destination festival such as the Caribbean. There were specific question dedicated to the festival going experience and also about Haunted Houses, for some reason. The last Knotfest in the USA was last fall’s Ozzfest Meets Knotfest in San Bernadino, CA, which seemed like it was successful. Ozzfest is also apparently on hiatus in 2018, although Ozzy teased about a future Ozzfest in New York in a post to social media. Continue reading →
