Kittie to Release “Live at the London Music Hall” Next Week on Streaming


Kittie, largely inactive except for legacy projects, will release a new live concert film, Live at the London Music Hall on November 17th, via The Nacelle Company. The concert will appear on all streaming platforms and Apple Music and covers the 2019 reunion/20th-anniversary reunion shows featuring line-ups from multiple eras, this 20th-anniversary reunion show served as the after-party for their career-spanning documentary, Kittie: Origins/Evolutions. Kittie’s Morgan Lander Teases Winterlvst Project


Kittie frontwoman Morgan Lander has shared a teaser for new project Winterlvst, tentatively due this summer. Check out the teaser below. The band also features Justine ‘Juice’ Ethier (drummer) of Blackguard and Jonathan Lefrancois-Leduc, formerly of Blackguard on keyboards. Kittie released a concert film titled Kittie: Live At The London Music Hall in March 2019. It features footage of the Canadian metal band’s October 27, 2017 20th-anniversary hometown show at the London Music Hall in London, Ontario. The event, which also served as a screening of the long-in-the-making documentary Kittie: Origins/Evolutions, lead to Kittie mainstays Morgan Lander (guitar, vocals) and Mercedes Lander (drums) take the stage with a number of their former bandmates to perform songs from the group’s entire repertoire. Morgan is also a member of Quebec metal band Karkaos, who are working on a new album due this year. Continue reading


Kittie To Release New Concert Movie “Kittie: Live At The London Music Hall”


Kittie is releasing a new concert movie Kittie: Live At The London Music Hall, on March 26th. The film recounts October 27, 2017, 20th-anniversary hometown show at the London Music Hall in London, Ontario. Pre-orders are live at this link. The event, which also served as a screening of the long-in-the-making documentary Kittie: Origins/Evolutions. Kittie founders Morgan Lander (guitar, vocals) and Mercedes Lander (drums) take the stage with many of their former bandmates to perform songs from the group’s entire repertoire.
