Five Finger Death Punch, Rob Zombie, Shinedown, Breaking Benjamin, Limp Bizkit, and More Confirmed for Blue Ridge Rock Festival
Quickly shaping up to be the biggest music festival in the USA this year, Blue Ridge Rock festival has announced their full line-up of 180 bands. Headlining the massive 4 day festival are Five Finger Death Punch, Rob Zombie, Shinedown, Breaking Benjamin, and Limp Bizkit. There is a special club warm up show which includes headliner Ludacris, T-Pain, and Lil Jon. Also on tap: the Hellzapoppin Circus Sideshow Revue, a vaudeville freak show of wonder by Hellzapoppin’s Ringleader and Producer, Mr. Bryce “The Govna” Graves. In addition, excitingly, the festival will be hosted by Steve-O (MTV’s Jackass); and special guest Lou Brutus (SiriusXM). The fest takes place September 9th – 12th at Blue Ridge Amphitheater, a long-awaited large-scale concert venue in Southwest Virginia. Rock USA Festival Has Been Forced to Cancel Their 2020 Event Due To COVID-19
Rock USA and its sister festival Country USA has been forced to cancel their 2020 events due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The festival, one of the biggest in the US, was to have celebrated its 10th-anniversary edition this summer, and was going to take place July 16-18 at Ford Festival Park in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Of the 40 bands and headliners and support acts included Limp Bizkit, Slipknot, Rob Zombie (headlining for a 3rd straight year), Halestorm, Ice Cube, Papa Roach, Anthrax, Chevelle, Avtar, Feever333, Hellyeah, Steel Panther, Knocked Loose, Bad Wolves, Attila and more. Islander Shares Their Hand-Washing Approved Cover of R.E.M.’s “It’s The End of The World As We Know It”
Rockers Islander have released their new single, a cover of the R.E.M. classic ‘It’s The End of The World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine)” first bit of music released since signing to Better Noise Music. The band took a break from writing their upcoming album to cover this timely track, in recognition of the worldwide pandemic and the toll it has taken on the Carvajal family having lost their aunt to the deadly virus. The band’s brothers, Mikey and Chris Carvajal, wanted to use the track to raise funds for a cause close to their (and their Aunt’s) hearts.Continue reading

Korn To Play Entire Debut Album On 20th Anniversary Tour Dates
Korn has announced they will embark on a headline run of tour dates in the USA, celebrating the 20th anniversary of their début album Korn (Epic) To make the shows extra special the band will play the album in its entirety as well as other hits in intimate venues, smaller than the band normally plays. The two exceptions to this will be the bands appearances at Rock Allegiance in Philadelphia and their headline slot at Slipknot’s Knotfest in California. The band first played their début album, which released in 1994, front-to-back earlier in 2015, at Las Vegas’ Brooklyn Bowl performance. Direct support will come from Suicide Silence and Islander. Special ticket pre-sales begin tomorrow morning at 10 AM local time at Korn.com. The password is “blind”.
