Headliners include Limp Bizkit, Slipknot, Pantera, Volbeat, Lamb of God, Bush, Megadeth, and Flyleaf with Lacey Sturm, along with 10 Years, In This Moment, Underoath, Hatebreed, P.O.D, The Ghost Inside, Wage War, Coal Chamber, and many more. The festival will be on July 14, 15, and 16 at the infamous Ohio State Reformatory (the site of the film The Shawshank Redemption) in Mansfield, Ohio. Rock Fest 2023 Books Slipknot, Pantera, Godsmack, Ice Cube, Papa Roach, GWAR, Dorothy, and More
Rock Fest, the largest three-day rock music and camping event in the U.S. has announced next summer’s lineup for its 29th Annual event. Slipknot, Pantera, Godsmack, Ice Cube, Papa Roach, GWAR, and Dorothy appear alongside 75-plus bands over the course of the three-day festival. Rock Fest 2022 was record-breaking with the highest-ever attendance in the event’s history according to Chippewa Valley Music Festivals, and they anticipate breaking it again this year. An extra day is scheduled for Wednesday, July 12: *Bonus Bash exclusive to three-day ticket holders: Soul Asylum, Alien Ant Farm, Gemini Syndrome, and many more. Single-day general admission and individual-artist pit passes are on sale now. Joining the bill are Bad Omens, Blacktop Mojo, Giovannie & The Hired Guns, Whitechapel, Mike’s Dead, Stitched Up Heart, The Word Alive, Saul, Lacey Sturm, Crobot, Superbloom, Redlight King, Devil’s Cut, Extinction A.D., The Dose, Moon Tooth, Cold Kingdom, and Crooked Teeth. The festival previously announced their 2022 headliners of Guns N’ Roses, Foo Fighters, Kiss, and Korn during the 2021 event. Wage War to Replace Jinjer on Slipknot’s Knotfest Roadshow Tour
Due to the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, Jinjer has stepped down from the upcoming Slipknot led, Knotfest Roadshow Tour, kicking off on March 16th. Wage War has replaced them. Jinjer, will no longer be joining the tour, as they focus on the safety of their families in their home country of Ukraine. Slipknot has announced the two legs Knotfest Roadshow Tour with tickets on sale now. The tour will take place over two legs, both headlined by Slipknot. The first leg will feature special guests In This Moment and now Wage War. The second leg will feature special guests Cypress Hill and Ho99o9.
