House of Vans Chicago has released the full live performance of “Ghost Walking (Live From House of Vans Chicago)”. Lamb of God surprised fans with a free show at House of Vans Chicago on February 14, celebrating the announcement of the Virginia metal band’s new self-titled album coming this June 19th. The special event was curated by the band, with Harm’s Way opening the show as special guests and the event also included a photography exhibit featuring photos from D. Randall Blythe that are included in the new Lamb of God album artwork. The band has decided to release footage from the show as a gift to fans who are currently missing seeing live music. The song performed is the inspiration of their new non-alcoholic beer, “Ghost Walker” in collaboration with BrewDog Brewery. Continue reading


Watch Metallica’s Live at House of Vans London Full Show


Metallica shared their 2016 show at House of Vans London as part of their weekly concert series #MetallicaMondays. It was their record release show for Hardwired… To Self Destruct (Blackened Records). The band will continue to host simultaneous fundraisers benefiting All Within My Hands every Monday for the time being. During the first two shows alone, fans raised tens of 1000s of dollars. Generous donations like these help AWMH provide grants like those announced last week to Feeding America, Direct Relief, Crew Nation, and the USBG National Charity Foundation in support of COVID-19 relief efforts. Metallica To Host Pop-Up Shop in London Surrounding UK Tour Dates


Kerrang!, the U.K.’s only weekly music magazine has announced a collaboration with House Of Vans to bring a one-of-a-kind, one-stop-shop Metallica spectacle to London to coincide with the band’s Kerrang! Awards nomination and its forthcoming Twickenham show. There will be an epic photo exhibition which will not only display never before seen photos from photographer Tom Barnes’s exclusive shoot, it’ll also showcase the birth of the band as seen through the pages of Kerrang! in an unparalleled celebration of the period between 1982 and 1989. Named “Hardwired… And Early Dayz”, the exhibition will run from June 18 for a month and gives a never-before-seen insight into not only one of the greatest bands of all time, but also the inner workings of one of the world’s greatest rock magazines. Also included will be the U.K. premiere of Murder In The Front Row, the “uncensored and boisterous” documentary of The Bay Area thrash scene. The exact date has not yet been announced — keep an eye on Kerrang! socials for the big date reveal. House Of Vans will also be hosting an exclusive Metallica pop-up shop on June 19 and 20 in celebration of Metallica’s “WorldWired” tour, which makes its London stop at Twickenham Stadium on the 20th. Watch Suicidal Tendencies Play With Ben Weinman On Tour


Legendary hardcore punks Suicidal Tendencies kicked off their current tour last weekend with a special show at Brooklyn’s soon to close House Of Vans, along with openers Killing Time and CHUD. They were joined by Ben Weinman, formerly of The Dillinger Escape Plan, who is touring with the band currently. The band also was joined in Brooklyn by Brian “Mitts” Daniels, formerly of Madball, who also played about half of the set on rhythm guitar. They played their classic debut album, plus a few more songs to an insane crowd of Suicycos. The bands’ tour continued on to the inaugural Inkcarceration Festival in Ohio. In addition to the current run of dates, the band previously announced two more shows this September in Boston and Washington DC, under the name “Still Cyco Punk After All These Years”. Still Cyco After All These Years (Epic) is the name of their 1993 covers album where they re-recorded their first album, which turns 25 this year. According to drummer Dave Lombardo (ex-Slayer, Dead Cross) the band will release a new album this fall, and frontman Mike Muir seemed to echo that statement from the stage as well. Benjamin Weinman, formerly of The Dillinger Escape Plan, has announced he is joining Suicidal Tendencies for their upcoming tour, including their exclusive show at House of Vans in Brooklyn, and INKcarceration Festival in Ohio, This comes on the heels of the announcement that guitarist Jeff Pogan has left Suicidal. ST has also announced two more shows this September in Boston and Washington DC, under the name “Still Cyco Punk After All These Years”. Still Cyco After All These Years (Epic) is the name of their 1993 covers album where they re-recorded their first album, which turns 25 this year. The band is playing their debut album in full at House of Vans and are releasing a new album this fall, according to drummer Dave Lombardo (ex-Slayer, Dead Cross).
