Rockers Halestorm has announced a run of new US tour dates for spring of 2020 with New Years Day. The dates kick off April 17 at Tampa, Florida’s 98Rockfest and wrap up on April 25 at WAAF’s Big Gig in Worcester, Massachusetts. Halestorm is celebrating the 10-year anniversary of their debut studio album with a deluxe edition available for pre-order now. Halestorm was released on April 28th, 2009 via the bands’ label Atlantic and immediately made their mark on the music scene on the strength of great songs, Lzzy Hale’s voice and the infections hit single ‘I Get Off’. The deluxe edition has all new artwork, original pre-production demos and extra materials that show the growth and the run-up to the final full debut album. Watch Lizzy Hale Cover Soundgarden’s “My Wave” in Nashville with Slider

Lizzy Hale of Halestorm jumped on stage last weekend with Nashville rockers Slider to cover Soundgarden’s ‘My Wave’ live at the Basement club in their hometown of Nashville.  The track comes from 1994’s Superunknown (A&M Records) album. FESTIVAL REVIEW: Slipknot, Tool, Korn, Rob Zombie, Staind, and More Rule Aftershock 2019

It comes as no surprise that this year’s Aftershock Festival was once again sold out. I mean, how could it not with big-name talents such as Slipknot, Tool, Korn, Rob Zombie, Blink-182, Lamb of God, Dropkick Murphys, Marilyn Manson, Bad Religion, Chevelle, and many others. And with the über-early announcement of next year’s headliner—Metallica, for those of you living under a rock—there’s no question that 2020’s Aftershock will sell out as well.
