ALBUM REVIEW: Puscifer – Existential Reckoning : Rewired


Puscifer will always be best known as one of the many creative outlets for Tool / A Perfect Circle vocalist Maynard James Keenan, and as an avenue for the most obscure depths of his musical creativity. But the band has always been a collaborative affair, with Keenan working alongside many different artists over the years, with their albums subsequently always providing an infusion of many different ideas and experiences. Existential Reckoning : Rewired (Puscifer Entertainment / Alchemy Recordings/ BMG) is the remix accompaniment to their 2020 album, which itself was a typically avant-garde electro-rock melting pot of futuristic and otherworldly sounds.

Gone Is Gone Shares “Death Of A Dream” Video, New Album Incoming


Rock supergroup Gone Is Gone has shared a new video for their latest single “Death of a Dream” from the upcoming If Everything Happens for A Reason…Then Nothing Really Matters at All via the Clouds Hill label on December 4th. The video for, “Death of a Dream” was created by longtime collaborator Freangel Pacheco who has worked with the band on the socially distanced videos for the album during the pandemic and features additional footage by Troy Sanders capturing shots of him in the ‘dream-like’ video. The band includes Sanders (Mastodon) Tony Hajjar (At The Drive-In), Troy Van Leeuwen (Queens of the Stone Age) and Mike Zarin (Sencit Music).

Supergroup Gone Is Gone Release New Single


Rock supergroup Gone Is Gone, the band featuring Mastodon’s Troy Sanders, At The Drive-In’s Tony Hajjar, Queens Of The Stone Age’s Troy Van Leeuwen and guitarist-keyboardist Mike Zarin, has released a new song called ‘No One Ever Walked On Water’. ‘No One Ever Walked On Water’ is the first new music from Gone Is Gone since the release of ‘Phantom Limb’ in November 2017 as part of a seven-inch red vinyl single for Record Store Day’s Black Friday.
