Pearl Jam Books North American Tour Dates
Pearl Jam has announced new and rescheduled US tour dates, stemming back to the start of the pandemic in 2020. Their album Gigaton was released at the start of the pandemic and the band has not toured behind it. Dates are booked for May and September 2022. The updated routing also includes four additional concert dates in Fresno, Sacramento, Las Vegas, and Camden. Josh Klinghoffer’s (ex-Red Hot Chili Peppers) solo project, Pluralone, will open all dates on this tour. Klinghoffer will also join Pearl Jam as a touring member on these dates. A special ticket pre-sale for all tour dates begins today for current eligible Pearl Jam Ten Club members (active as of Sunday, March 13). There will be no general public sale. All public tickets will be available through Ticketmaster Verified Fan Registration. Verified Fan ticket registration is open now through Sunday, March 27 at 10 p.m. PT and the Verified Fan Onsale begins Tuesday, March 29 at 10 a.m. local time.

The inevitable march towards environmental destruction and a certain perma-tanned incumbent of The White House have lit a spark under Pearl Jam, in part inspiring new album Gigaton (Monkeywrench Records/Republic Records). “The lengths we had to go to then, to find a place Trump hadn’t fucked up yet” Eddie Vedder spits on ‘Quick Escape’, a moody, mid-paced rocker about an environmentally ravaged future. Pearl Jam has announced their highly anticipated new album, dubbed Gigaton, on March 27 via Monkeywrench Records/Republic Records in the U.S. Internationally, the album will be released and distributed by Universal Music Group.
