Slash has released a new single; his take on the Howlin’ Wolf blues classic, “Killing Floor.” The track features Brian Johnson of AC/DC on vocals, Steven Tyler of Aerosmith on harmonica, and Slash’s blues band; Johnny Griparic (bass), Teddy Andreadis (keyboards), Michael Jerome (drums), and Tash Neal (vocals/guitar). The iconic guitarist has also announced that his sixth solo album, Orgy of the Damned, will be released on May 17 via Gibson Records. Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators have built up quite the reputation for blistering, modern Hard Rock. They are at it again with their new album 4, (Gibson Records / BMG), yep you guessed it their fourth record together and quite possibly their best. They called in the production skills of Dave Cobb, best known for Rival Sons and a whole host of Country music, and wanted to make a live rock record.
