The final Warped Tour event, or at least the final one for now, begins in a few hours in San Manuel, California. Paying respects on the twenty-five-year history for the festival Kevin Lyman build and nurtured, the final two-day celebration will showcase of the tour’s iconic culture. Fifty bands will play on dozens of stages and returning big-name bands are fan favorites like Bad Religion, Circa Survive, Frank Iero, Less Than Jake, Save Ferris, Simple Plan, Sleeping With Sirens, The Offspring, The Starting Line, Thrice, We The Kings, and more!
In grand style, Vans Warped Tour will not only honor their twenty-five-year history, but they will also put a face on their bold future of all live music events with their bi-coastal 25th Anniversary events that celebrate the final showcase of the tour’s iconic culture. The unique music experience will stop in three locations including Cleveland, Ohio, Atlantic City, New Jersey, and Mountain View, California and caps off 25 years of history of the Vans Warped Tour. Fifty bands will play on dozens of stages and returning big name bands are fan favorites like Bad Religion, Circa Survive, Frank Iero, Less Than Jake, Save Ferris, Simple Plan, Sleeping With Sirens, The Offspring, The Starting Line, Thrice, We The Kings, and more! Tickets for the 2016 Vans Warped Tour, Presented By Journeys went on sale today at 10 AM local time.
Following the on sales which are expected to be brisk as in many years, the formal announcement of most of the lineup will be this evening at the Warped Tour event, live streamed from Full Sail University in Winter Park Florida. If you can’t be there in person, feel free to follow the event on Warped Tours’ social networks. In addition to the lineup unveiling, there ill be live performance from Warped bands. As reported this weekend, a leaked poster has revealed most of the supposed lineup, although the festival has neither confirmed or denied this.
The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas may have blundered big time when their social media team tweeted the poster for their date of The 2016 Vans Warped Tour, Presented By Journeys, just four days before the official announcement of the first wave of bands. Less Than Jake, New Found Glory, Reel Big Fish, Yellowcard, Issues, Falling In Reverse, We The Kings, The Maine, Whitechapel, Chelsea Grin, Veil of Maya, Vanna, and From Ashes To New are among the bands on the poster., the tour is slated to run from June 24th to August 13th and tickets go on sale Tuesday 3/22 at 10 AM local time, to coincide with the lineup announcement and party at Full Sail University in Winter Park Florida. As of yet, there has been no announcement from Warped tour confirming or denying this lineup. Festival producer Kevin Lyman commented on his Twitter account that he will check tomorrow to confirm the accuracy.

Blessthefall kicked off their summer shows as part of the Vans Warped Tour this weekend in California. Their set was webcast and you can see several videos below:
Blessthefall have also announced their new album is coming out in September. Entitled To Those Left Behind (Fearless), the bands fourth full-length album was helmed by award-winning producer Joey Sturgis (The Devil Wears Prada, Asking Alexandria, Of Mice & Men) and is the follow Hollow Bodies.
Lead vocalist Beau Bokan commented on the new music:
“As a band we are constantly trying to outdo ourselves and take a step forward with each record. With this new album we’ve taken a giant fucking leap forward and are at our absolute best as musicians and song writers. We’re looking forward to seeing where this album will take us.”
The band can be seen all summer on the main stage at every stop of Warped. Pre-orders for the album will be available all summer at he band’s tent. Fans that pre-order will have access to the front of Blessthefall’s signing line at the Full Sail University tent.
