2000trees Festival have today revealed the first multiple band announcement for next years 2024 event, and it is as ever, going to be an exceptional weekend of music. Joining the already announced Thursday 11th July main stage headliner (and UK festival exclusive) The Gaslight Anthem, will be the stunning, Atlanta Georgia 4 piece Manchester Orchestra, who have long been a 2000trees fan favourite and a band that recently completed 3 sold out nights at London’s Union Chapel. Also announced include the recently reformed and much loved Kids In Glass Houses, the brilliant American emo rock band from Michigan, Hot Mulligan, Blackpool rockers Boston Manor and the Ontario two-piece (that make far more noise than two people can possibly make), Cleopatrick. Following a meteorically successful inaugural year, Sick New World is set to return to the Las Vegas Festival Grounds April 27, 2024 with an enormous collection of the world’s biggest hard rock, alternative, and up and coming artists. With a closing performance from returning headliner System Of A Down, this colossal lineup features over 65 artists across five stages, including Slipknot, Bring Me The Horizon, A Perfect Circle, Alice In Chains, Danny Elfman, Bad Omens, Sleep Token, Knocked Loose, and many more.

According to a published report by Lambgoat.com, the mostly hardcore-centric festival will celebrate its tenth year in existence with its 2024 lineup. Sad news as Helloween has been forced out of the fest due to a last-minute illness. They are being replaced by KK’s Priest, led by former Judas Priest guitarist KK Downing. Turnstyle Productions and Riot Fest Presents Cultivate Festival, Chicago’s First Festival Celebration of Cannabis Culture, August 25-27th at new outdoor venue in the West Loop, The Nursery! This 3-day celebration of cannabis culture includes a diverse line-up of rock, hip-hop, reggae, and punk, with Crumb, The Record Company, GZA, Graveyard, Julian Marley, Pharcyde, Fishbone, Earthless, and more (full lineup below). The festival will feature well-curated food trucks, cannabis education and a shuttle to local dispensaries.
The Rave/Eagles Club is an acclaimed live entertainment complex located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is a one-of-a-kind spot to catch a heavy metal show. The multi-stage and multi-floor building has a fascinating history and many music groups consider playing there a “rite of passage” as performers. The Milwaukee Metal Fest was launched in 1987 by music enthusiast and promoter Jack Koshick, which became one of the most renowned festivals for the heavy genres in the 1990s and early 2000s. All the greats from Slayer to Meshuggah to the Misfits were all part of the impressive lineups throughout the years until it shut down in 2004. After being absent for nearly twenty years, the fest has been brought back to life by Hatebreed‘s Jamey Jasta. Let’s get one thing out of the way, Roadburn is still the premier underground fest that it has always been. I know so many people who went into this year’s fest expecting it to be their last, saying the lineup wasn’t for them, or that they didn’t like this change or that change. But I can tell you, they have all already booked rooms and bought tickets for next year. Change isn’t bad.
