Download Festival 2019 has given fans an early holiday present with a mega lineup announcement today. Slayer will perform their final UK appearance at the festival next summer. Joining them are a spate of bands such as Smashing Pumpkins, Dream Theater, Lamb of God, Eagles Of Death Metal, Alien Weaponry, Anthrax, Badflower, Black Futures, Blackberry Smoke, I Prevail, The Interrupters, Jinjer, and more. This follows the previous announcement of Tool, Slipknot, Def Leppard and others.The three-day festival takes place 14-16 June 2019 at the spiritual home of rock in Donington Park, Leicestershire.  Continue reading
