CONCERT REVIEW: Mammoth WVH – Dirty Honey at Big Night Live


The Young Guns Tour made a much-anticipated stop at Big Night Live in Boston Massachusetts featuring Mammoth WVH and Dirty Honey. The two up-and-coming rock bands treated the crowd to blistering sets of no-nonsense rock ‘n’ roll. Each band is out on the road supporting their debut albums that were released in 2021.

Welcome to Rockville has announced a bunch of new bands for the upcoming 2022 festival! Joining the bill are Bad Omens, Blacktop Mojo, Giovannie & The Hired Guns, Whitechapel, Mike’s Dead, Stitched Up Heart, The Word Alive, Saul, Lacey Sturm, Crobot, Superbloom, Redlight King, Devil’s Cut, Extinction A.D., The Dose, Moon Tooth, Cold Kingdom, and Crooked Teeth. The festival previously announced their 2022 headliners of Guns N’ Roses, Foo Fighters, Kiss, and Korn during the 2021 event. Those iconic bands will be joined by Jane’s Addiction, Papa Roach, Rise Against, Halestorm, In This Moment, Seether, Bush and many more. The poster and daily lineups can be seen below! Louder Than Life Festival has announced its lineup for 2022, seeking to top the epic edition in 2021. Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nine Inch Nails, Slipknot and KISS will headline the festival of 100 artists over 4 days! Joining them will be Rob Zombie, Bring Me The Horizon, Alice In Chains (And A Separate Set From Jerry Cantrell), Alice Cooper, Incubus, Evanescence, Lamb Of God, Tenacious D, Yungblud, Chevelle, Papa Roach, Halestorm, Mastodon, In This Moment, The Pretty Reckless and many more! Dirty Honey to Perform their New Prince Cover at the NHL Winter Classic in Minneapolis


The National Hockey League (NHL) will hold its annual outdoor showcase on New Year’s Day 2022 this weekend in Minneapolis. Dirty Honey, will perform as part of TNT’s event coverage. Filmed on one of Minnesota’s iconic frozen lakes and directed by Turner Sports’ Tyler Lassiter and Craig Murray, the band – Marc LaBelle/vocals, John Notto/guitar, Justin Smolian/bass, and Corey Coverstone/drums – will wrap up the Pre-Game coverage with their interpretation of hometown hero and rock icon Prince’s “Let’s Go Crazy.”

ALBUM REVIEW: Dirty Honey – Dirty Honey


In 2019 things were on the up for the independent LA quartet Dirty Honey; their debut single ‘When I’m Gone’ topped the Billboard Mainstream Rock charts, they toured with Alter Bridge, Guns n Roses, and The Who and sold out their first headline tour in the first two months of 2020 but then covid reared its ugly head put life on hold. Finally things are opening up again and their debut album Dirty Honey is out, and its sound is firmly rooted in 1970s rock.

Download Festival will return for 2021, featuring headliners KISS, Biffy Clyro, and System Of A Down and many more bands including A Day To Remember, Mastodon, Control The Storm, Gender Roles, Jamie Lenman, Myles Kennedy & Company, Deftones, Korn, The Distillers, Steel Panther, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, The Darkness, Black Veil Brides, Creeper, Alestorm and The Pretty Reckless. Seventy-three bands in all have been announced! Tickets go on sale on August 7th at 9 AM GMT. More bands have yet to be announced. Dirty Honey Shares Their “Down The Road” Suitcase Sessions Video

California rockers Dirty Honey took to the hills – with suitcases in tow – and shot an acoustic performance clip of their song “Down The Road’, for the newest installment in their “Suitcase Sessions” video series. Due to the COVID-19 shutdown, Dirty Honey launched the series when the band had to cancel its plans to travel to Australia to record new music with producer Nick DiDia, as well as perform their first-ever concerts there and in Japan. The video’s gentle transition from late afternoon to dusk is courtesy of cinematographer Nick Almanza and Director of Photography Jonathan Suarez.

Dirty Honey Shares A New Video for Their Cover of Aerosmith’s “Last Child” via Amazon Music


Rising rockers Dirty Honey aligned with Amazon Music in December 2019 to record a blistering cover of Aerosmith’s ‘Last Child’, exclusively for the “Amazon Original” series. The track was recorded at the historic RCA Studio B in Nashville and produced by six-time Grammy-winning producer Dave Cobb (Chris Stapleton, Brandi Carlile).
