The first-ever Heartsupport Festival, the brainchild of Jake Luhrs of August Burns Red, has added three new bands to an already stacked bill Underoath, Four Year Strong, Currents, join headliners Rise Against and Parkway Drive with The Ghost Inside, Dance Gavin Dance, Spiritbox, August Burns Red, Silverstein, Memphis May Fire, The Devil Wears Prada, Hawthorne Heights, Comeback Kid, The Word Alive, Bleed From Within, Harms Way, ’68, He Is Legend, Bloodlines, Prison, and more! Tilian Pearson of Dance Gavin Dance Updates Fans Months After Sexual Misconduct Allegations


Months after Dance Gavin Dances clean vocalist Tilian Pearson was twice accused of sexual misconduct, including during their annual Swanfest Music Festival recently,Tillian took an immediate hiatus from the band. The band has toured and prm,oted their recent album without Pearson, Jackpot Juicer, released July 29th via Rise Records. The band also suffered the death of bassist Tim Feerick just prior to Swanfest and the allegations. Pearson has checked in from rehab to update the fans. Read the band’s statement below.

When We Were Young Music Festival Cancels Day One of Their Festival Due to High Winds

The highly anticipated destination music festival aimed at Punks, elder Emos, and millennials, When We Were Young Festival featuring My Chemical Romance, Paramore, and Avril Lavigne has been forced to cancel day one of their sold out event. The cancellation was announced at 10 AM PST, just an hour before gates were to open at Las Vegas Festival Grounds. due to high winds. Winds were forecasted for up to 30-40 MPH which increases the safety hazard for an outdoor stage. The fest is still expected to take place tomorrow and again next weekend; on October 29th, 2022.

I like a good challenge. Every so often, I fire up my ol’ NES and give Battletoads another go. I don’t think I will ever complete the hoverbike level but I still manage to have a good time. So when my editor suggested I review the new album by Dance Gavin Dance, a band that is far outside my usual fare of extreme metal, I happily accepted the challenge.

Following a week in which Dance Gavin Dance clean vocalist Tilian Pearson was twice accused of sexual misconduct, including during their annual Swanfest Music Festival recently, and stepped back from the band; coupled with the sudden passing of bassist Tim Feerick, the band has made a statement to fans. The band backed up their recent plan they are promoting their new album Jackpot Juicer (Rise Records) as planned, with many promotions, videos, teasers, and more collateral featuring both Tim and Tilian. Tilian Pearson of Dance Gavin Dance to “Step Away” from the Band Following Sexual Misconduct Allegations


Following a week in which Dance Gavin Dance clean vocalist Tilian Pearson was twice accused of sexual misconduct, including during their annual Swanfest Music Festival recently, the band has announced Tillian’s immediate hiatus from the band. No word on how long this will be for and Pearson is said to be getting immediate help. The band will continue their full slate of touring planned and their upcoming new album, Jackpot Juicer, due out July 29th via Rise Records. A Punk, Emo, and Metalcore kids dream, the lineup includes headliners My Chemical Romance and Paramore.
