Atlanta, GA Gothic doom band Dead Register released their début full-length album last week, entitled Fiber (AVR Records). Now the band has teamed up with Ghost Cult to give you chance to celebrate that release with them by winning some music and merch from the band. Just share this post on Facebook or Twitter with the hashtags #DeadRegister #Fiber to enter. One winner will be chosen at random. The contest ends on May 12th at 5 PM EST.

The New York Times best-selling author is staging a social media contest whereby one lucky winner will receive a personal, five-minute phone call from the AEROSMITH co-founder. To qualify for the contest, entrants need to pose holding their copy of ROCKS: My Life In and Out of Aerosmith, show where they display it in your home, lean it against their favorite guitar, let their pet curl up with it for a nap, really…anything goes (but keep it clean, please). Other prizes include two second prize winners will each get a “Rock Your World” t-shirt and a bottle of “Rock Your World” sauce signed by Joe, while three third prize winners will each get a bottle of “Rock Your World” sauce also signed by Joe. Ghost Cult Magazine, in collaboration with Prosthetic Records wants to send you and a friend to the last date of the upcoming Scale The Summit tour stop at The Sinclair in Cambridge, MA on March 30th. The tour also features The Ocean, The Atlas Moth, and Silver Snakes. The Sinclair is the perfect setting for the musical magic that is going to happen that night.

The contest starts at 5 PM EST on 2/25 and runs until 3/7 at 5 PM. To win simply visit Ghost Cult on Facebook and answer the contest question with a comment in the post.
