Ticketek is The First Concert Ticket Company in The World to Let You Buy Now, Pay Later for Shows


According to the website MusicFeeds, Ticketek has become the first ticketing agency in the world to allow fans to purchase tickets upfront and pay for them later, known as Afterpay outside of America. This model might make sense in the new coronavirus realty where we are seeing tours and festivals canceled left and right, and the major ticketing agency in the world, Live Nation/Ticketmaster unclear about refunds for postponements. Ticketek’s parent company, TEG confirmed the news today that they’ll be integrating Afterpay into their website and their apps over the coming months, which allow payment up to 8 weeks after purchase.

Bauhaus Announces Los Angeles Reunion Concert This Fall


Legendary Goth and Post-Punk flagbearers Bauhaus will perform a concert in Los Angeles this fall at the Hollywood Palladium, on November 3rd. Cradle of Filth – Wednesday 13 – Raven Black: Live at Irving Plaza


On a chilly New York night, legions of fans gathered under the moonless
sky to witness the return of the British beasts of extermination, Cradle of Filth. They ascended to a sold-out Irving Plaza to witness the destruction during the Cryptoriana – The Second Coming Of Vice tour, which is a continuation of support for their 2017 album, Cryptoriana –The Seductiveness of Decay. Supporting the tour were Hollywood shock rockers, Wednesday 13 and LA’s own Dark Metal carnies, Raven Black. Together, they put on an unforgettable show.

TJ Fowler Interviews Grave Digger for Skullbanger Media

Ghost Cult’s correspondent for Finland and Scandinavia, TJ Fowler also does interviews and covers metal for his own website, Skullbanger Media. TJ spent last week At the Metalfest Loreley, Germany covering the festival and interviewing bands. Interviewing Grave Digger’s Chris Boltendahl, TJ and Chris talked about the bands upcoming album due next month, Return of the Reaper (Napalm Records). Being that the festival was their first show of what stands to be a long touring cycle, they discussed creating the set list, the new album, the history of the band, creativity with album artwork, Star Wars, and their past fascination with concept albums.
