Corrosion Of Conformity Add Additional UK Tour Dates This Fall


Corrosion Of Conformity has added extra dates to their already planned UK tour with Orange Goblin, Fireball Ministry, and Black Moth. Tickets for COC headline shows in Dublin, Limerick and Belfast are on sale now. The band continues to tour behind early 2018’s excellent comeback album No Cross, No Crown (Nuclear Blast). It is their first album with Pepper Keenan since 2005’s In The Arms Of God. Continue reading


Corrosion Of Conformity Books UK Tour Dates With Orange Goblin This Fall


In what is sure to be one of the highlight tours this fall, Corrosion Of Conformity has locked down UK tour dates with fellow stoner-doom mashers Orange Goblin for a co-headline tour. Direct support will come from Fireball Ministry and Black Moth. All dates go on sale on June 15th . Orange Goblin’s new album The Wolf Bites Back drops next week via Candlelight Records, while COC continues to tour in support of 2017’s No Cross, No Crown (Nuclear Blast). Members Of COC, Bloody Hammers, Demon Eye Form Doom Supergroup Lightning Born


Low-key doom supergroup Lighting Born has formed with members hailing from notable bands such as Corrosion of Conformity Bloody Hammers, Demon Eye, The Hell No, Hour of 13 and Mega Colossus. The doom metal collective with roots in North Carolina and Maryland has signed a world-wide deal with Ripple Music, and are already working on a new album due out in late 2018. Continue reading


Corrosion Of Conformity To Be Rejoined By Reed Mullen This Summer


 

If you saw Corrosion of Conformity this winter in the US with Black Label Society, Red Fang and EyeHateGod, you may have noticed a certain punk and heavy metal legend was missing behind the drum kit. Reed Mullen was sitting out the tour with a knee injury, that he eventually got replaced this spring. Redd has announced that he is rejoining the band this summer, but not before their upcoming European tour, taking place soon.

Black Label Society – Corrosion of Conformity – EyeHateGod At House Of Blues Chicago


The brotherhood of the Almighty Black Label Society brought its POWAH and PAIN to the Chicago chapter in the Grimmest of ways on January 3rd 2018. Loud and Proud is how Zakk Wylde does it to kick off the New Year on an ice-filled, frozen city kind of evening. With Zakk embarking tours supporting Book of Shadows II (eOne), Zakk Sabbath, and of course performing with Ozzy it’s been over 2 years since BLS has taken the Blessed Hellride. The family of the House of Blues Chicago BLS DOOM crew came out in droves and packed the hall to the limit on a sub-zero night in Chicago. The house wasn’t heating up inside, it was burning up! The anticipation of the crowd was insurmountable – ready to rock with Father Zakk and the crew once again.Continue reading


Corrosion of Conformity – No Cross No Crown


It has been 13 years since Pepper Keenan’s last album with Corrosion of Conformity; 2005’s excellent and under-rated In the Arms of God (Sanctuary). In the meantime, the rest of COC ploughed on as a trio, releasing the passable pair of Corrosion of Conformity and IX (both Candlelight); two records which tried to combine their early Punk and Thrash roots with the groove-laden rock and metal of their latter days, to only middling success.
