Corey Taylor,  frontman of both Slipknot and Stone Sour  will celebrate his debut solo album on 2nd October, with Forum Or Against ‘Em, a global streaming event of epic proportions featuring Corey and his solo band, shot at iconic Los Angeles venue, The Forum. Tickets for this historic pay-per-view streaming event are on sale now at the link below. Corey Taylor,  frontman of both Slipknot and Stone Sour has shared yet another new single from his highly anticipated solo album, CMFT, due out one month from today, October 2nd via Roadrunner Records, and released two singles already. He dropped his first two singles “CMFT Must Be Stopped” (featuring rappers Tech N9ne & Kid Bookie) and “Black Eyes Blue”. “Black Eyes Blue” has actually charted as a legit hit song. Corey Taylor’s New Single ‘CMFT Must Be Stopped’ ft. Tech N9ne and Kid Bookie Due Out This Week

Corey Taylor will release the first music from his debut solo album on Wednesday, July 29. According to Spotify, the Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman will unveil two songs, “Black Eyes Blue” and “CMFT Must Be Stopped”, the latter of which features hip-hop artists Tech N9ne and Kid Bookie. Taylor previously worked with Tech N9ne on a song called “Wither” in 2015, and with Kid Bookie on a reworked version of the rapper’s track “Stuck In My Ways” last year. Taylor’s album is due in September via Roadrunner with his band consisting of Jason Christopher on bass, Dustin Schoenhofer on drums, and Zach Throne and Christian Martucci (Stone Sour) on guitar. In an interview with Knotfest.com’s Terry “Beez” Bezer of “Mosh Talks With Beez’, Corey Taylor (Slipknot/Stone Sour) has posted the first behind-the-scenes teaser from the making of his new solo video. It will be the lead single and video from his upcoming debut solo album, tentatively due in September. Taylor recorded the effort with his solo band consisting of Jason Christopher on bass, Dustin Schoenhofer on drums, and Zach Throne and Christian Martucci (Stone Sour)) on guitar. Continue reading
