Kicking off 2024 with bang, we headed out to the first show of the year at legendary The Warfield! Hometown heroes Machine Head have not played the city in a few years, and joining them on this epic tour was Fear Factory who missed last year’s show in the city with Static-X. Joining them on this joint are current buzz band Orbit Culture who just got signed to Century Media Records, and Gates To Hell from Louisville opening This is a very strong bill top to bottom especially with two of the most dominant and enduring names in Metal from the nineties still at the top!Continue reading


Watch Machine Head Play “Burn My Eyes” with the BME 25 Line-Up on Their Livestream


This weekend (August 9th) marked the 27th anniversary of Machine Head’s debut album, Burn My Eyes (Roadrunner Records). To celebrate, the Burn My Eyes 25 lineup reunited at the bands’ Bay Area reheasal and livestream studio to perform the album in its entirety on their weekly livestream. Robb Flynn and Jared MacEachern will be joined by BME-era drummer Chris Kontos and guitarist Logan Mader, who performed on the entire 2 year BME world-tour, for the livestream. Last week Robb and Jared played all of The Burning Red. The band performs its “Acoustic Happy Hour” livestream every Friday on the bands’ YouTube, and Facebook, as well as Robb’s Twitch account. Machine Head to Play of All “Burn My Eyes” On This Weekend’s Livestream


This weekend marks the 27th anniversary of Machine Head’s landmark debut album, Burn My Eyes (Roadrunner Records). To celebrate, the band will perform the album in its entirety on their weekly livestream. Robb Flynn and Jared MacEachern will be joined by BME-era drummer Chris Kontos and guitarist Logan Mader, who performed on the entire 2 year BME world-tour, for the livestream, and you can see a teaser video the band shared promoting the stream below. Machine Head Books “Burn My Eyes 25” Australian and New Zealand Tour Dates


Machine Head has announced Australia and New Zealand tour dates for their smashing Burn My Eyes 25 World Tour. The dates take place in September 2020 and can be seen and purchased below. The band is also holding a contest to win tickets, with details below. Following the “An evening with…” format with no openers, the shows consist of two headline sets with the six members of Machine Head, including three original members (Robb Flynn, Logan Mader, Chris Kontos) performing all of their 1994 classic debut, Burn My Eyes (Roadrunner Records). The band just wrapped up their North American tour with many sold-out ragers and are kicking off a new leg of European dates next month. Watch the teaser announcement for the tour now!

Machine Head Shares A Message To Fans About New Members Vogg Kiełtyka and Matt Alston


In a message to fans, Machine Head has formally welcomed new members Vogg Kiełtyka and Matt Alston to the band, following their social media announcement this past weekend. Vogg of Decapitated takes over lead guitar and Matt (Devilment, Machine Head tech crew) is the new permanent drummer. Vogg will continue to work on a new Decapitated release and tour dates in 2020. He will operate in both bands. Machine Head will embark next year on the first European leg of the Burn My Eyes 25 Worldtour, featuring the band playing two sets each night. The new lineup will open, performing more recent MH tracks, while the closing set of Burn My Eyes in its entirety will be performed by the band of current members Robb Flynn, Jared McEachern and returning Logan Mader and Chris Kontos.
