Last night HELLYEAH paid tribute to their fallen brother and co-founder Vinnie Paul Abbott, who died last summer. At The Celebration of Life, live at House of Blues Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada, the band performed a set of originals including ‘War in Me’, ‘X’, ‘Love Falls’, ‘3’, and also played a Pantera cover of ‘ I’m Broken’ in Vinnie’s memory. The band recently recruited Stone Sour (ex-Soulfly, ex-Amebix) drummer Roy Mayorga to fill-in for Vinnie for the bands’ upcoming touring obligations behind their upcoming new album.
