Bent Life Signs With Bridge Nine Records

Lincoln, NE hardcore outfit Bent Life has signed with Bridge Nine Records, and are working on their full length recording debut for the label, out later in 2015. Stream “Nail In The Coffin” below.

They formed in 2010, and have previously released EPs on 6131 Records and Lost Time and toured with the likes of Bitter End, Naysayer, and Alpha & Omega among others. Playing a punishing brand of heavy hardcore in the vein of Merauder and Outburst, the band’s next release will be the two-song 7″, Cheat Death on May 1st on Bad Teeth Recordings.

The band is currently on tour with Expire, Rotting Out, Suburban Scum and Mizery.

Dwell Releasing Self Title EP March 10th

Dwell will be releasing their self titled EP on March 10, 2015 via Blood & Ink Records. Their debut, self-titled EP, mastered by Jamie King (Between the Buried and Me) and with guest vocals by Joe Musten (Advent, Beloved), is made up of five heavy-hitting songs that you won’t want to pass up. They officially formed in 2014 in Kernersville, NC, featuring its current lineup of Jacob (vocals), Isaac (Drums), Ian (Guitar), Ryan (Bass) and Jeremy (Guitar). But their history is much deeper… Ian and Isaac are twin brothers and they are longtime friends with Jeremy, Jacob and Ryan; playing together in a handful of local hardcore bands.

Sick Of It All, Agents Of Man, etc Added To Black N Blue Bowl 2015

The 2015 Black N Blue Bowl have announced a new batch of bands playing the event. It will be at Webster Hall in New York City, NY on May 16-17, 2015. The confirmed acts include:

Sick Of it All
Agents Of Man
Wisdom In Chains
Suburban Scum
Heavy Chains

Bands already set for the fest include:
100 Demons
Bitter End
King Nine
Rude Awakening

Further bands will be announced in early January.

Black N Blue Bowl 2015 Announce Crumbsuckers Reunion Plus Partial Lineup


The Black N Blue Bowl will be happening on Saturday May 16 and Sunday May 17, 2015 at Webster Hall in New York. Crumbsuckers were announced as one of the featured acts, as well as 100 Demons, Bitter End, Expire, Freedom, King Nine and Rude Awakening were part of the partial band announcements. More names will be announced on December 31, 2014.
