Roadrunner United was a project organized by iconic hard rock record label Roadrunner Records to celebrate its 25th anniversary, culminating in the U.S. Billboard Top 200, UK Albums, and Australian ARIA Albums-charting original The All Star Sessions. Four “team captains” (Slipknot’s Joey Jordison (RIP), Machine Head’s Robb Flynn, Fear Factory’s Dino Cazares, and Trivium’s Matthew K. Heafy) were chosen to lead 57 artists from 45 past and present Roadrunner bands. On December 15, 2005, a concert celebrating the project, album, and anniversary took place at the Nokia Theater in New York City. That star-studded event featured multiple musicians, both past and present, from Roadrunner bands — as well as musicians that did not originally perform on the All-Star Sessions album. Now that album is getting a release in 2023 on multiple formats. Watch the live performance video of “The End (Live)” featuring Fear Factory’s Dino Cazares, and Trivium’s Matthew K. Heafy – right now!

The two singles are ‘Spilled Blood Never Dies’ ft Kirk Windstein of Crowbar, and ‘Silence the Enemy Mind’ with Billybio’s Billy Graziadei. The album features guest appearances from Max Cavalera, George “Corpsegrinder” Fisher, Jesse Leach, Windstein, Howard Jones, Matthew K Heafy, Zoli Teglas, Billy Bio, Phil Rind, Tommy Victor, Joey Concepcion and Frankie Palmieri, as well as his backing band consisting of Charley and Nicky Bellmore (Dee Snider). Billy Graziadei’s entire career is like a one-man version of Fight Club, though without the toxic masculinity and insanity. He might have some insomnia, based on his creative output and the depth of his repertoire though. As the co-founder of Biohazard, he helped put New York back on the map when it came to nineties metal and hardcore, inspiring many others. As a voice in other bands like Suicide City, Powerflo and in his producing career, Billy is unmistakable as a vocalist and musician. So, his long-gestating solo project BillyBio arrives as a pre-holiday gift and brings a surprisingly fun and upbeat debut with Feed The Fire (AFM Records), as opposed to the typical heavy but dour aesthetic we often get.
