Corey Taylor,  frontman of both Slipknot and Stone Sour has shared yet another new single from his highly anticipated solo album, CMFT, due out one month from today, October 2nd via Roadrunner Records, and released two singles already. He dropped his first two singles “CMFT Must Be Stopped” (featuring rappers Tech N9ne & Kid Bookie) and “Black Eyes Blue”. “Black Eyes Blue” has actually charted as a legit hit song. Download Festival Online Adds Biffy Clyro and Grey Daze World Premiere for This Weekend

Download Festival, the UK’s premier rock event, will air Download TV this weekend only via Download Festival’s official social channels, and YouTube across 12-14 June 2020. Tune in or miss out. Download 2020 Recast as a Virtual Festival with Iron Maiden, System of A Down, KISS and More

Download Festival was one of the first major festivals in the heavy music work canceled due o the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Now we are getting a virtual festival set to take place. Mark off June 12-14 for some prime rock and metal viewing, with many top acts taking part. The Download TV weekend will be split into day and evening programming, with tailor-made shows featuring Iron Maiden, System of a Down and KISS leading the way. KISS will headline the Friday (June 12) festivities, with a replay of standout moments from their huge 2015 headline set. Iron Maiden head up the Saturday (June 13) programming with nostalgic performances, “Legacy of the Beast” snippets, as well as “something just for Download TV.” And System of a Down will close out the virtual festival on Sunday (June 14) with footage from their performances in 2005, 2011 and 2017. Among the other bands appearing are Alter Bridge, Alestorm, Alter Bridge, Babymetal, Baroness, Bush, Creeper, Deftones, Disturbed, Employed To Serve, Fozzy, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, Gojira, Killswitch Engage, Korn,Lacuna Coil, Mastodon, The Pretty Reckless, Twin Temple, Volbeat and more. Slipknot Reschedules Knotfest Japan for January 2021

Slipknot’s Knotfest Japan joins the growing ranks of rescheduled festivals for 2021. Originally the first major festival postponed, Knotfest Japan will now take place on January 10th and 11th of next year with much of the same lineup. Knotfest Japan 2021 will feature Slipknot headlining both nights, along with Anthrax, Marilyn Manson, Man With A Mission, BABYMETAL, coldrain, Crossfaith, Suicide Silence, and more! Watch A Trailer for the New BABYMETAL “Live At The Forum” DVD/Blu-Ray

 

BABYMETAL has shared a trailer for theri upcoming DVD and Blu-ray, “Live At The Forum”! Due on May 13, the effort was filmed at the Japanese pop-metal band’s October 2019 first-ever arena concert in the U.S. at the The Forum in Los Angeles.

The concert was Su-metal and Moametal’s second headlining arena concert outside of Japan. The 15-song set focuses on material from BABYMETAL’s latest studio album, “Metal Galaxy”, including “Da Da Dance”, “Shanti Shanti Shanti” and “Pa Pa Ya!!”
